In 2025, 1 billion 758.8 million manats were received by banks in Azerbaijan through fast money transfer systems, APA-Economics reports, citing its calculations based on a report by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
Meanwhile, the amount of funds sent abroad from banks amounted to 490.4 million manats.
Compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, the volume of funds received by banks through fast money transfer systems increased by 5.1%, or 84.5 million manats, while transfers sent abroad from banks decreased by 7.1%, or 37.5 million manats.
In 2024, 1 billion 674.3 million manats were received by banks in Azerbaijan through fast money transfer systems. The volume of funds sent abroad from banks amounted to 527.9 million manats.
