In 2025, consolidated budget revenues amounted to 47 billion 955.1 million manats, while expenditures totaled 44 billion 651.9 million manats, APA-Economics reports, citing the Ministry of Finance.
It was noted that a budget surplus (profit) of 3,303.2 million manats was formed in the consolidated budget.
Revenues of the budget of the State Social Protection Fund, which is a component of the consolidated budget, amounted to 8,088.7 million manats, and expenditures to 7,518.2 million manats; revenues of the Unemployment Insurance Fund’s budget amounted to 242.3 million manats, and expenditures to 213.3 million manats; revenues of the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund’s budget amounted to 2,006.0 million manats, and expenditures to 2,418.0 million manats; revenues of the budget of the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan amounted to 17,169.2 million manats, and expenditures to 14,586.5 million manats.
During the reporting period, revenues of the budget of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic amounted to 451.0 million manats, and expenditures to 445.6 million manats.
