A total of 4 billion 465.7 million manats was allocated from the 2025 state budget for the reconstruction and restoration of the liberated territories, APA-Economics reports, citing the Ministry of Finance.
It was noted that 3781.9 million manats or 84.7 percent of these funds fall on the purpose-built funds for the reconstruction and restoration of the territories liberated from occupation, 373.2 million manats or 8.3 percent on the state budget reserve fund, 258.5 million manats or 5.8 percent on state-funded investment expenditures, and 52.1 million manats or 1.2 percent on funds allocated from other state budget reserves.
