A new law titled "On Heat Supply" was discussed and adopted at today’s session of the Milli Majlis, APA reports.
The law consists of 7 chapters and 26 articles.
Following the adoption of the law, the "Rules for the Use of Thermal Energy" approved by Cabinet of Ministers Decision No. 303 dated December 5, 2023, are to be annulled.
The law was passed in its third reading.
