The US administration believes the goals of the military operation against Iran have been achieved and can now move on to ending the conflict, said US Vice President J.D. Vance, APA reports.
"I truly believe we're in a situation where we've achieved our goals. We can start to wind this down," he said live on Fox News.
"I would prefer to end this with successful negotiations," the vice president added.
