On December 29, a festive concert was organized in Khankendi city on the occasion of the International Solidarity Day of Azerbaijanis and the New Year, according to the information provided to APA's Karabakh bureau by the public relations department of the Restoration, Construction and Management Service in Khankendi city, Agdara and Khojaly districts.
The festive concert, which took place during the "Winter Tale" fair held in the city's Victory Square, was organized by the Restoration, Construction and Management Service in Khankendi city, Agdara and Khojaly districts with the support of the Special Representation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
