“We hope that a peace agreement with Baku will be signed in the coming months," Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, APA reports.
“Components of peace include the opening of communications and assisting each other on transit issues. TRIPP will be a semantic factor of peace and cooperation in our region,” the Armenian foreign minister noted.
