Zelensky names two unresolved issues in draft peace agreement with Russia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has clarified which issues remain unresolved after U.S. President Donald Trump said that only one or two matters are left to finalize the peace agreements, APA reports, citing RBC-Ukraine.

Zelensky made the remarks while answering journalists’ questions.

According to Zelenskyy, the prepared 20-point document is about 90% complete, with only two key points yet to be agreed.

“Two issues remain. These are how the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant will operate and the issue of territories. These two points are exactly what remains in the 20-point document,” Zelenskyy said.

He noted that the lack of agreement on these points prevents the document from being fully finalized at this stage. At the same time, the president emphasized that the issue of security guarantees has already been fully agreed.

“As for security guarantees, everything is 100% ready. We are only discussing some details regarding the duration of these guarantees,” Zelenskyy added.
