The peace plan envisages at least 15-year security guarantees for Ukraine, and this period can be extended, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told journalists, APA reports, citing UNIAN.
"Actually, this is not forever. I raised this issue during my meeting with President Trump. I told him that we are already at war and this has been going on for about 15 years. Therefore, I would like the guarantees to be longer. I told President Trump that we would like to consider 30, 40, 50-year security guarantees. He said that he would think about it," Zelensky noted.
