Ukraine’s High Anti-Corruption Court has ruled to seize part of the property of Yulia Tymoshenko, leader of the “Batkivshchyna” party, APA reports, citing Suspilne.
According to the report, in the case against the politician suspected of bribery within the framework of the Verkhovna Rada, the court also placed a seizure on property belonging to Yulia Tymoshenko’s husband, Oleksandr Tymoshenko, as well as on money and other items confiscated during searches.
Tymoshenko’s lawyer stated that the defense does not agree with the court’s decision and will appeal it.
