During the Copenhagen meeting, the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan primarily discussed the construction of power transmission lines and a gas pipeline along the Trump route, said Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during his speech at a conference held in Yerevan, APA reports, citing Armenian media.
According to him, the sides initially reached a certain understanding that these infrastructures could be implemented more quickly.
“I will not hide it, we discussed this issue with the President of Azerbaijan in Copenhagen, and initially came to the conclusion that it is possible to carry out the construction of power lines and the gas pipeline in the most operational way,” Pashinyan said.
The Prime Minister added that further discussions will clarify the contours of the project and that, overall, he sees no obstacles to the implementation of the project.
