Representatives of the Russian and Ukrainian special services regularly discuss sensitive issues in the United Arab Emirates, including the exchange of prisoners, said Assistant to the President of Russia Yury Ushakov, APA reports.
According to him, an unexpected situation also occurred during one of the recent meetings.
"During the meeting, a new US representative, who is currently dealing with the Ukrainian dossier, appeared there. He held a meeting with the Ukrainian side there, and as far as I understand, this was agreed in advance. At the same time, he met with our representatives completely unexpectedly," Ushakov noted.
