In January–July of this year, products worth 1306,2 million manats were produced in the fields of chemical industry, pharmaceutical products, and the manufacture of rubber and plastic goods in Azerbaijan, APA-Economics reports citing the monthly report of the State Statistical Committee.
According to the report, compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, the production of pharmaceutical products increased by 81,3%, the production of chemical industry products by 10,7%, and the manufacture of rubber and plastic goods by 5,3%.

According to the information during the reporting period among chemical industry products, the production of polyethylene increased by 9,2%, paint and varnish products by 6,5%, ethylene production by 8,1%, and urea production by 1,9%.
