The match took place at the Camp Nou stadium in Barcelona.
The winning goals were scored by Julián Álvarez (45th minute) and Alexander Sørloth (70th). In the 44th minute, Barcelona defender Pau Kubarsi received a straight red card and was sent off.
The return match will take place in Madrid on April 14.
