Individuals who use electronic cigarettes in places where smoking is prohibited, including streets and other public areas, will be fined, APA reports.
This was reflected in the proposed amendment to the Code of Administrative Offences submitted for discussion at today’s session of the Milli Majlis.
Under the draft, starting from April 1, a fine of 30 manats will be imposed for the use of electronic cigarettes in places where smoking is prohibited, including streets and other public areas.
After discussions, the draft law was put to a vote and adopted in the third reading.
