Kazakhstan and Israel have signed a memorandum on a visa-free regime, APA reports, citing Kazinform.
Following the official talks held in Astana, Kazakhstan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yermek Kosherbayev, signed a number of bilateral documents with his Israeli counterpart, Gideon Sa’ar.
During the talks, issues related to expanding cooperation in trade and economic, investment, innovation, and humanitarian fields were discussed.
Yermek Kosherbayev noted that the visit of the Israeli foreign minister indicates the countries’ mutual desire to strengthen bilateral relations.
It should be noted that before visiting Kazakhstan, Gideon Sa’ar had visited Azerbaijan.
