The First State Program on the Great Return has been 79% implemented, APA reports.
This was stated at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on the preparation of the “2027–2030 Socio-Economic Development Strategy” and the “Second State Program on the Great Return.”
It was noted that the overall implementation rate of the “First State Program on the Great Return” is approximately 79%. A total of 21.6 billion manats has been allocated for the restoration of the liberated territories, including funds for the year 2025.
It was also stated that 7 billion manats have been allocated from the state budget to implement the “2022–2026 Socio-Economic Development Strategy” to date. It was noted that, based on decrees signed by the President in 2022 to implement the National Priorities, the “2022–2026 Socio-Economic Development Strategy” and the “First State Program on the Great Return” were adopted. So far, 7 billion manats have been allocated from the state budget for the implementation of the strategy, and approximately 78% of the planned tasks have been fulfilled.
