Russia's attack on Azerbaijani interests shows the importance of a new level of cooperation between Ukraine and Azerbaijan, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said, APA reports.
Sybiha said that Russia's attacks were carried out purposefully and that it was necessary to respond to these attacks in an appropriate diplomatic and legal manner.
