Heydar Aliyev Foundation Vice President, founder and head of IDEA Public Union Leyla Aliyeva, and head of Baku Media Center Arzu Aliyeva visited the Dadashov family, residents of Altiaghaj settlement, and one of the participants of the “Young Beekeeper” project, as part of their trip to Khizi district, IDEA Public Union told APA.
During the meeting, a sincere conversation was held with the family members, and close attention was paid to the experience they gained within the project and their future plans. The family expressed their sincere gratitude for the initiative to implement this project as well as for the personal visit by Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva.
The main goal of the “Young Beekeeper” project is to increase the interest of young families in the regions in beekeeping, to support their employment and ecologically sustainable small family businesses.
Note that project participant Sevinj Dadashova’s father, Adigozel Safarov, met with the National Leader Heydar Aliyev in 1994 and, thanks to his support, was sent by the Azerbaijan Farmers’ Union to the state of Iowa, USA, for an agricultural and farming experience exchange program.
