Russia’s Foreign Ministry has announced that strikes will be carried out on “decision-making centers” in Kyiv and called on local residents to stay away from military and administrative infrastructure facilities, APA’s Moscow bureau reports, citing the Russian Foreign Ministry.
According to the statement, the Russian army is carrying out systematic strikes on military facilities in Kyiv.
The Russian Foreign Ministry also recommended that foreign citizens leave Kyiv as soon as possible.
According to the warning issued by the Russian Foreign Ministry, Russia’s strikes on Kyiv will target Ukraine’s drone production and training facilities, as well as decision-making centers and command posts.
