The “Agreement on Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on the one hand, and the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo, on the other hand, on the establishment and reconstruction of ‘Shusha Park’ in the city of Veliko Tarnovo of the Republic of Bulgaria,” signed in Sofia on February 11, 2026, has been approved, APA reports.
President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree in this regard.
After the Agreement specified in part 1 of this Decree enters into force, the Cabinet of Ministers must ensure the implementation of its provisions, while the Ministry of Foreign Affairs must send a notification to the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria confirming that the necessary domestic procedures for the Agreement’s entry into force have been completed.
