Donald Trump’s claims that Iran appealed to the United States for a ceasefire are false, Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei said, APA reports.
“They are not even ready to discuss the issue of holding negotiations with the United States in Iran,” he emphasized.
Baghaei also spoke about the health condition of Iran’s new Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei. He noted that the Supreme Leader’s condition is good and that he will appear before the public after some time.
