Russia and Ukraine have reached a preliminary agreement on an energy ceasefire, Russian media said, citing military correspondents, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
According to the information, starting today, Russian and Ukrainian military personnel are prohibited from striking energy infrastructure.
It was noted that there has been no official comment on the matter so far, and Ukrainian sources have also not yet confirmed the agreement.
