The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan has detained two groups consisting of Russian citizens in Baku, APA reports.
The members of the groups are suspected of involvement in the transit and circulation of narcotic substances from Iran, as well as cyber fraud.
The operational search activities are ongoing.
