STRATCOM Summit kicks off in Istanbul with participation of high-level representatives from 37 countries

The STRATCOM Summit has started in Istanbul with the participation of 159 high-level representatives from 37 countries, APA’s Türkiye bureau reports.

According to the information, the summit, organized with the aim of turning Istanbul into a global communication hub, is dedicated to the topic of “strategic communication”.

Türkiye’s Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz, Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Head of the National Intelligence Organization (MIT) İbrahim Kalın, and Head of the Presidential Communications Directorate Burhaneddin Duran will attend the summit.

Azerbaijan will be represented at the event by Ahmad Ismayilov, Executive Director of the Media Development Agency.

Within the framework of the event, key topics shaping the global order — including Türkiye’s mediation role, next-generation security architecture, cyber diplomacy, and the global trust crisis — will be discussed at the highest level.

The summit will last for two days.
