Russia has suspended the exchange of prisoners with Ukraine, said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told journalists, APA reports, citing Unian.
“Russia has stopped the process. They are not very interested in exchanging people, because they think it gives them nothing. They believe it gives us something. But I think they should also think about their own people, their own soldiers,” Zelenskyy said.
