Ukraine is ready for compromises, but not on territorial issues, Zaporizhia NPP and Donbas, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told journalists, APA reports.
According to the Ukrainian President, the US side understands this and states that a compromise solution on the free economic zone exists.
"The least problematic solution, in my opinion, would be to "stay where we are," Zelensky stressed.
At the same time, he noted that Putin, after the "failure of his plans," insists on Ukraine's withdrawal from Donbas so that he can present it to his "audience" as a victory.
Zelensky once again emphasized that Ukraine is not ready for compromises that would lead to the violation of its territorial integrity.
"Harsh demands on Ukraine are not a compromise at all. This is a change in the territorial integrity of Ukraine," the president declared.
