“The ‘Special Military Operation’ (SMO) must be carried out to the end," Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov said, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
He said that he is against negotiations with Ukraine.
“The SMO must be carried out to the end. I am against negotiations,” Kadyrov emphasized.
The Chechen leader, who has not appeared in public for a long time, went to the Kremlin today to participate in talks between the Presidents of Russia and the UAE.
