Ukraine has become a battlefield where 56 foreign states are fighting against Russia, said Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu during an international meeting of high-ranking officials responsible for security issues, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
According to him, the European Union has turned into a military-political bloc directed against Moscow.
Shoigu stated that France is working on deploying its nuclear weapons in other countries and described this as unacceptable.
The Russian Security Council secretary also said that many countries have begun to view nuclear weapons as the only “safe haven.”
