Asaf Haji oghlu Hajiyev – for the book “Multidimensional Regression Analysis and Artificial Intelligence”
Tarikh Meyrut oghlu Dostiyev – for the fundamental scientific results obtained on the basis of archaeological excavations carried out in the medieval cities of Ganja and Shamkir
In the field of culture
Eldar Hidayat oghlu Mikayilzadeh – for the series “Azerbaijani Carpet – Dance of Loops”, “Khamsa” and the triptych “Heavenly Religions”.
