Fethiye Mayor Alim Karaca of Türkiye’s Muğla province has come under armed attack, APA’s Türkiye bureau reports, citing local media.
Alim Karaca, who was injured in the leg, was hospitalized.
The motive behind the armed attack on the mayor is still unknown.
