A leaders’ summit was held for the first time in the history of WUF13, Chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture Anar Guliyev said during the closing ceremony of the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), APA reports.
He stated that WUF13 became one of the important turning points thanks to the initiative of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
Anar Guliyev noted that the participation of 27 heads of state and government was regarded as a historic milestone for the event.
