Chairman of the Construction and State Committee of Arkadag City under the President of Turkmenistan Deryageldi Orazov arrived in the Republic of Azerbaijan on May 17 to participate in the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), APA reports.
The guest was welcomed by officials at Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
