U.S. Vice President JD Vance said foreign terrorist groups may have fraudulently benefited from U.S. budget funds.
Speaking to Fox News, Vance claimed that some illegal migrants received government assistance and redirected those funds to Latin American drug cartels.
The U.S. administration considers some of these cartels to be terrorist organizations.
