The “Agreement on cooperation in the field of science and higher education between the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation of the Kingdom of Morocco,” signed in Rabat on February 16, 2026, has been approved, APA reports.
President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree in this regard.
After the Agreement specified in this decree enters into force, the Ministry of Science and Education has been instructed to ensure the implementation of its provisions, while the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been tasked with notifying the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco that the necessary domestic procedures required for the Agreement’s entry into force have been completed.
