Stressing that our foreign exchange reserves have reached a historical record, exceeding $80 billion, the head of state said that our foreign debt has decreased further, and today it accounts for only 6.3 percent of our gross domestic product. He noted that our foreign exchange reserves exceed our foreign debt 16 times.
