"The parties in the Ukrainian conflict have really come close to resolving their conflict," Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said, APA reports.
"I think that December 25, 2025, will remain in our memory as a milestone when we really came close to a solution. But whether we can give the final push and reach an agreement depends on the political will of the other side," Ryabkov said.
According to him, this push should be given in a situation where Kiev and its counterparts, especially those in the European Union that are not committed to the agreement, are redoubled their efforts to stop it.
