Baku hosted 2nd Azerbaijan-Türkiye Investment Forum -UPDATED

Today, the 2nd Azerbaijan–Türkiye Investment Forum was held in Baku, APA-Economics reports.

Azerbaijan’s Prime Minister Ali Asadov and Türkiye’s Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz attended the opening ceremony of the event.

Speaking at the event, A. Asadov characterized the Forum as an important platform for establishing open and effective dialogue between the government and business circles, discussing new projects, and expanding business relations.

It was noted that the high-level political dialogue and mutual trust between President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdoğan provide a solid foundation for the sustainable development of bilateral economic cooperation.

It was expressed with confidence that the Forum will make an important contribution to elevating economic partnership between Azerbaijan and Türkiye to a new level, increasing mutual investments, and implementing successful joint projects.

The 2nd Azerbaijan–Türkiye Investment Forum has started in Baku, APA-Economics reports.

The forum aims to expand investment cooperation between Azerbaijan and Türkiye, promote joint projects, and strengthen the business environment.

Government officials of Azerbaijan and Türkiye, heads of state institutions, representatives of financial institutions, as well as industrial and business circles are participating in the event.

As part of the forum, panel discussions are being held on Industry 4.0 and digital technologies, agricultural partnership and food security, regional trade and logistics corridors, as well as financial and insurance support mechanisms for business.

At the same time, the signing of a number of cooperation documents between Azerbaijani and Turkish companies is envisaged.
