A Turkish delegation led by Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz, visited the Alley of Honors on December 22, APA reports.
The delegation paid tribute to National Leader Heydar Aliyev, the architect and founder of independent Azerbaijan, by laying wreath at his grave.
They also honored prominent ophthalmologist and academician Zarifa Aliyeva with a floral tribute at her grave.
