It should be noted that this is the highest figure in recent years. Compared to the previous year, the amount spent on the construction of one square meter of residential buildings last year increased by 82%, or 437 manats.
Published data shows that in 2019, the amount spent on the construction of one square meter of residential buildings decreased sharply. Thus, while 622 manat was spent on the construction of one square meter of residential buildings in 2018, this figure dropped to 140 manat in 2019.
