President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with Xi Yingfen, Executive Vice President of the Powerchina Group, in Tianjin, China, on September 2, APA's correspondent dispatched to China reports.
The meeting highlighted the company’s successful operations in Azerbaijan.
The parties discussed cooperation in the fields of green energy, environmental protection, water resource management, wastewater treatment, electric power and green hydrogen projects, construction, and equipment manufacturing.
They also exchanged views on prospects for collaboration in the construction of solar and wind power plants, integration of “smart energy systems,” and the training of local specialists.
