On August 11, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev called the Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, APA reports.
During the telephone conversation, the importance of the project to deliver Azerbaijani gas to Syria, which was recently completed as a result of joint cooperation between Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Qatar and Syria, was emphasized, and Qatar's financial support for its implementation was particularly noted.
