In order to complete construction and installation works and organize the museum exhibition at the Ganja Memorial Complex, which is being built in the city of Ganja, 10.5 million manats (ten million five hundred thousand) have been allocated from the Reserve Fund of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as stipulated in the 2025 state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan, to the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.
This decision was made under an Order signed by President Ilham Aliyev.
According to the Order, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan is instructed to ensure the allocation of funds in the amount specified in the first part of the Order, while the Cabinet of Ministers is tasked with resolving issues arising from the Order.
The Order was signed with the aim of honoring the memory of civilians who died in the city of Ganja and other settlements during the 44-day Patriotic War in 2020, and to reflect the realities of the war.
