In the first six months of 2025, more than 690 thousand payment orders were executed by the treasury bodies, and the revenues of the state budget were implemented with a surplus compared to the forecast, APA-Economics reports citing the Ministry of Finance.
It is noted that for the period of January-June of the current year, the revenues of the state budget amounted to 19,803.9 million manats, exceeding the six-month forecast by 704.8 million manats or 3.7 percent.
Revenues received through the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy amounted to 8,703.7 million manats, exceeding the forecast by 466.4 million manats or 5.7 percent; revenues under the State Customs Committee amounted to 3,091.1 million manats, exceeding the forecast by 4.1 million manats or 0.1 percent; revenues under the State Property Service under the Ministry of Economy amounted to 21.9 million manats, exceeding the forecast by 5.1 million manats or 30.3 percent; transfers from the State Oil Fund amounted to 7,240.5 million manats, fully meeting the forecast at 100.0 percent; and other revenues amounted to 434.6 million manats, exceeding the forecast by 314.1 million manats or 3.6 times.
At the same time, revenues from paid services of organizations financed from the state budget amounted to 312.1 million manats, underperforming the forecast by 84.9 million manats or 21.4 percent.
The expenditures of the state budget for January-June amounted to 17,275.9 million manats, executed at 17,095.6 million manats or 99.0 percent against the forecast.
