Ukraine’s Chargé d’Affaires in Iran has been summoned to the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, APA reports, citing the Mehr news agency.
This was due to “unacceptable statements by some Ukrainian officials” amid the Iran-Israel conflict.
It was stated that Ukrainian officials' support for Israeli attacks on Iran "contradicts the UN charter."
A note of protest was presented to the ambassador.
