The amount of the monthly scholarship for honorary titles has been increased, APA reports.
This is reflected in the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev on increasing the amounts of social allowances, presidential scholarships of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and pensions for honorary titles, and making amendments to certain decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan related to this.
According to the Decree, starting from July 1, 2025, the pension amount is set at 300 manat for the people’s writer, people’s poet, people’s artist, and people’s painter; and 200 manat for the honored scientist, honored art worker, honored artist, honored painter, honored cultural worker, honored teacher, honored doctor, honored architect, honored physical education and sports worker, honored public servant, honored journalist, honored engineer, honored lawyer, honored agricultural worker, honored pilot, and honored medical worker.
