Azerbaijan is preparing for World Environment Day, which will be held in Baku on June 5, just a few weeks from now, Chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture and National Coordinator of WUF13 Anar Guliyev said during the closing ceremony of the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), APA reports.
He stated that experts and practitioners will come together within the framework of the event to discuss climate issues.
“We will use this platform to hold broader discussions on the challenges related to urban development in the context of climate change,” Anar Guliyev stressed.
