Haluk Levent: WUF13 is an important platform for youth and children’s voices to be heard globally

Speaking at the Children and Youth Assembly of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) held in Baku, renowned Turkish rock musician and philanthropist Haluk Levent said the forum is of great importance in terms of discussing the problems of youth and children at the international level, APA-Economics reports.

Haluk Levent told journalists that WUF13 encourages the participation of young people in decision-making related to the future of cities.

According to him, issues such as housing, social equality and the accessibility of the urban environment should not only be the focus of governments, but of society as a whole.

“This forum is a very important platform for ensuring that the voices of young people are heard and that their ideas are transformed into real decisions,” Haluk Levent noted.

The artist stated that the future of cities is determined not only by buildings and infrastructure, but also by the opportunities created for people.

Haluk Levent added that social solidarity and charitable activities contribute to the formation of fairer and more inclusive cities. He emphasized that events such as WUF13 expand opportunities for experience exchange and cooperation among participants from different countries.

It should be noted that Haluk Levent is not only a renowned Turkish rock musician, but also the founder of the AHBAP platform and is widely known for his charitable activities.
