President Ilham Aliyev congratulates Paraguayan President on Independence Day

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Paraguay Santiago Peña on the occasion of the country’s national holiday – Independence Day, APA reports.
