The Lebanese Ministry of Public Health reported on Wednesday that the number of people killed in Israeli strikes since March 2 had risen to 1,318, while 3,935 people were wounded, Lebanese media reports.
The ministry also stated that just in the past 24 hours, at least 50 people were killed and another 185 were injured.
Additionally, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced earlier today that its Navy eliminated the commander of Hezbollah during yesterday's attack on Beirut.
